: White House mulls Plan B, with new taxes for billionaires, batch buybacks: report

Facing antithesis to corporate taxation hikes, a Biden administration is seeking alternatives to how to compensate for the multi-trillion-dollar spending plans, according to new reports.

The Washington Post initial reported late Wednesday that President Joe Biden’s advisers are floating new plans, including a taxation on billionaires’ assets, a smallest taxation on companies and a taxation on companies arising batch buybacks, potentially lifting hundreds of billions of dollars.
