The association should solidify all memberships, respect termination requests and emanate refunds to members who were poorly “charged fees for gym memberships that they are now incompetent to use.”
Namorato “knows lots of people who are spiteful during several levels. So she wants to move this lawsuit to mount adult for herself and everybody else,” Gottlieb said.
